Dominic is the heartbeat of MEGA and the driving force behind its culture. As the original visionary and co-founder, MEGA began as his brainchild and has grown into a powerhouse under his leadership. With over 15 years of coaching experience, Dom has dedicated himself fully to the development of young athletes, leading multiple teams to national championships and sustained success.
His impact goes far beyond the field—he builds leaders, discipline, and confidence in every athlete he touches. In his professional life, Dominic works in construction, and that same work ethic and foundation-building mindset shows in how he develops strong, resilient teams year after year.

Antoine is a co-founder of MEGA and a cornerstone of the organization’s growth and success. With over 15 years of coaching experience, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the structure, development, and competitive excellence of the program. Antoine has helped lead multiple teams to both national and regional championships, consistently pushing athletes to perform at their highest level.
Off the field, Antoine works for one of the largest transit agencies in the Bay Area, bringing discipline, reliability, and leadership into everything he does—qualities that directly translate into his coaching style and commitment to the MEGA family.

Jessica is the engine behind the scenes that keeps MEGA running. As one of the four founders, she has been instrumental since day one in building the organization into what it is today. From managing paperwork and coordinating logistics to structuring payment plans and ensuring operations run smoothly, Jessica is the go-to for everything that keeps the program moving forward.
Her dedication, sacrifice, and attention to detail are unmatched—MEGA simply would not function without her. Professionally, Jessica is a leader in the biotech industry, where her organizational expertise and problem-solving skills shine just as brightly as they do within the MEGA organization.
TIMARLA JOHNSON

DIRECTOR/CHEER COORDINATOR/ 12U HEAD COACH
Timarla Johnson is a co-founder of MEGA and serves as the Cheer Director, overseeing all aspects of the cheer program and beyond. From coaching and athlete development to marketing, event execution, and program strategy, she plays a vital role in ensuring every athlete has what they need to succeed.
With multiple national titles, a global championship, and a grand championship under her leadership, Timarla brings excellence, creativity, and a vibrant culture to the program. She is known for her ability to combine discipline with energy, creating an environment where athletes thrive both on and off the mat.
In her professional career, Timarla is an executive leader in the biotech industry, where she leads high-performing teams and drives impactful results—bringing that same level of excellence and leadership back into the MEGA family.
Erika guitron
14U HEAD COACH
TUMBLING TRAINER
Erika has been with MEGA since its inception and has been a critical force behind the success and growth of the program. With over 20 years of coaching experience, she brings an elite level of knowledge, discipline, and excellence to every athlete she trains.
Her accomplishments include numerous national titles, a grand championship, and a global title—making her a proven leader in competitive cheer. Erika is a choreography powerhouse, dance specialist, and skilled tumbling coach, known for elevating performance quality and confidence across teams.
She is also the co-founder of Dynamic Duo Coaching, where she continues to impact athletes through choreography and skill development. Outside of coaching, Erika is a professional hairstylist and successful business owner, balancing entrepreneurship with her passion for mentoring youth.
Yamiliz Natal
SECRETARY
Yamiliz is a true backbone of MEGA and has been part of the organization since its very first season. Even without having a child in the program, she continues to dedicate her time and energy because of her genuine passion for supporting youth in our community.
She plays a critical role behind the scenes, supporting everything from registration and paperwork to game day operations and overall program logistics. Her willingness to step in wherever needed makes her an essential part of keeping MEGA running smoothly.
In her professional life, Yamiliz works in the biotech industry, bringing a high level of organization, precision, and problem-solving into the MEGA program.
DAJA ZUNIGA
14U HEAD COACH
TUMBLING TRAINER
Daja Zuniga has been part of the MEGA family since day one and has been coaching for over 8 years. She has played a major role in developing MEGA athletes into the strong, confident competitors they are today, contributing directly to the program’s continued success.
With multiple years of All-Star cheer experience, Daja brings high-level skill, technique, and performance standards into every practice. Known as a tumbling expert and all-around cheer specialist, she is truly a go-to coach for athlete development across all levels.
Beyond MEGA, Daja is a successful entrepreneur, owning a thriving business creating custom bling apparel. She is also the co-founder of Dynamic Duo Coaching, where she specializes in choreography, dance, and advanced cheer training.
daVID JOHNSON
14U HEAD COACH
David Johnson is the 14U Head Coach and one of the founding individuals who helped shape MEGA into what it is today. He has been with the organization since its inception and brings over 15 years of football coaching experience to the program.
With numerous regional and national championships under his leadership, David is deeply committed to developing athletes both on and off the field. His passion for youth success, discipline, and growth is evident in every team he leads.
Professionally, David works as a bus mechanic for one of the largest transit agencies in the Bay Area. His ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and solve problems translates directly into his coaching style, allowing him to effectively guide and develop his athletes through any challenge.
