MEGA Football & Cheer Refund Policy

At MEGA Football & Cheer, our program is built on commitment, planning, and the collective investment of our families. In order to provide a high-quality experience, all registration fees and payments are allocated in advance toward essential program expenses. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy as outlined below.

no refunds

All registration fees, deposits, and payments made to MEGA Football & Cheer are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are required to secure an athlete’s roster spot and allow for accurate team formation, staffing, and resource allocation.

  • Once a commitment is made, teams are structured based on registered athletes.

  • Choosing not to participate, withdrawing, or discontinuing participation for any reason does not qualify for a refund.

use of funds

All fees collected are immediately directed toward operational and program-related expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Practice facility rentals and field usage

  • Competition and league fees

  • Uniforms and equipment purchases

  • Coaching staff and training resources

  • Insurance and administrative costs

Because these expenses are incurred in advance and are non-recoverable, refunds cannot be issued.

Exceptions (Limited Refund Opportunities)

The only circumstances in which funds may be returned are as follows:

1. Equipment (Gear) Refund

  • Applicable only to designated refundable gear deposits

  • Gear must be returned at the end of the season in good condition

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection and verification

2. Volunteer Credit Refund

  • Families may be eligible for a refund tied to volunteer requirements

  • A refund will be issued only after completion of a minimum of 6 approved volunteer hours

  • All volunteer hours must be properly logged and verified by MEGA staff
